What is FÊTE Concierge?
Our service for when you travel: we plan celebrations and retreats beyond Hong Kong and open doors around them, from VIP seats at sporting events and yacht charters to villas, hard-to-get tables and private experiences.
Can you arrange VIP seats at events like Formula 1?
Yes. Tell us the event and dates and we will look for premium seats and hospitality packages, subject to availability.
Where do you work?
Globally. Much of our concierge work is in Bali and across Southeast Asia, where we have trusted local partners, villas and resorts, and we have also looked after clients in Europe, including France and Italy.
What celebrations do you plan abroad?
Birthday getaways, anniversaries and romantic moments, festive holidays and New Year trips, and family and group reunions, from villa dinners to beach parties and full weekends.
What kinds of retreats do you organise in Bali?
Dance camps with elite instructors, health and wellness retreats (movement, meditation, Ayurvedic and plant-based cooking), and action-led school camps and team-building programmes.
What do you take care of for a retreat?
Planning and scheduling, venue and accommodation sourcing, instructors and practitioners, activities and workshops, styling and guest experience, and logistics and on-the-ground management.
Where in Bali do you hold retreats?
It depends on the group: Ubud suits nature-based and inward-focused retreats, Canggu works well for creative and modern groups, and Uluwatu suits beach-led programmes.
Is there a price list?
No. Every request is different, so we talk it through with you first and send a proposal tailored to it.
